By using our website, you agree to be bound by Mary Wordsworth Designs terms and conditions set out below.
Processing of orders
Mary Wordsworth Designs aims to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, although your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will keep you updated by email as to the status of your order.
Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Mary Wordsworth Designs. Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched first class by courier. If you are paying by cash or cheque, you are welcome to pick up your order direct from the Mary Wordsworth Designs showroom, but please telephone or email first to ensure your order is ready.
Returns and refunds.
If you receive your order and find that you do not wish to keep some or all of the goods, you can return them for a refund or exchange, as long as you do so within seven days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only accept goods back in ‘as new’ condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Contract
No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Mary Wordsworth Designs unless, and until, an email is sent by Mary Wordsworth Designs to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Mary Wordsworth Designs of your offer to buy goods from Mary Wordsworth Designs and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.
Mary Wordsworth Designs are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Mary Wordsworth Designs disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of liability

Illegal acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All purchases from Mary Wordsworth Designs are subject to UK Law.
Modification of terms
Mary Wordsworth Designs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Mary Wordsworth Designs site.
